Keep them tiny · Stage 5

Huge apps are many tiny apps glued together.

Wait until Python files feel normal. Then pick one phone IDE. Then make a button work. These three ideas are enough for weeks 6 to 8.

A

One screen. One button.

Tap it, see Hello. Words: Activity, Layout, Build. Try the model.

B

A counter

Plus and minus. The number goes up and down. Same screen, two buttons, one sticky note that holds the count.

C

A notes box

It remembers what you typed. That is the to-do script wearing an app coat.

Ask Grok like this

“I use Code on the Go on a phone. I have never written Kotlin. Give me the smallest Hello app, file by file, and explain each file in one short everyday paragraph.”

Still later

Stage 4 Git and Stage 5 the IDE sit on the Path when those pages open. You already have the library for both.
